  • All devices ordered from our store will be prepared and shipped within 72 hours of order placement and confirmed payment. This allows our team the necessary time to carefully prepare your device and arrange for shipping.

  • We aim to ensure that all items are shipped within 5 business days or less. Orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited shipping, in conjunction with your local carrier, to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed:

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your device, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

How to Return a Device:

  1. Initiate the Return:

    • Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your device to initiate the return process. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  2. Ship the Item Back:

    • Pack the device securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned device and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
       

Exchanges for Defective Devices:
 

  • Although we test all devices thoroughly before shipping, if you notice any defect with your device, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the defective device.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned device, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
     

Non-Returnable Items:
 

  • As our VIP monthly support subscriptions are live and virtual services, we cannot offer returns for these non-tangible products. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We are happy to refund you a prorated amount for any unused portion of the service term purchased.
     

How to Request a Prorated Refund:

  2. Refund Processing:
